A courtyard room beside the Boulan Hotel on Collins, named after the luxury train that ran New York to Miami and leaning into Old Florida by way of market-to-table cooking. Brunch is the main event - signature pink pancakes, Nutella french toast, eggs Benedict, the wagyu Blossom cheeseburger, yellowtail tacos - poured alongside bottomless mimosas on the patio. After dark the space turns over to live shows, magic and fire, with cocktails and a dinner list. What diners mention most is the room itself and how easily the staff read it. Eight till ten, daily.
