The Delray Beach Original Pancake House builds its morning around the chain's oven-baked pair — the granny smith Apple Pancake under a cinnamon glaze, the Dutch Baby dusted with powdered sugar and served with lemon — then fans out into buttermilk stacks folded with blueberries, bananas, coconut or toasted Georgia pecans. There are ten silver dollar pancakes for smaller appetites, delicate crepes filled with Montmorency cherries in Kijafa sauce, and omelettes built on broccoli, tomato, mushroom and aged cheddar.
