The kitchen inside Ormond Brewing Company on Division Avenue, cooking to the beer rather than the other way round. Smash burgers are the headline - the M/C Burger, with onion marmalade, fried Velveeta and bacon jam, took the 2025 Ormond Burger Week championship - backed by Chef John's bourbon burger and a blackened black-and-bleu. Wings are smoked first, then flash-fried and tossed in anything from Korean BBQ to bourbon glaze. There are pub pizzas, a pressed Cuban, an Italian grinder, totchos, and house-made pickles and seasoning blends sold over the counter. Cheesecake changes weekly. Beer hall food, made properly.
