Presidente Bar arrived in Wynwood carrying serious credentials - the Buenos Aires original is a former World's 50 Best Bars top-25 name - and the Miami room lives up to the reputation with a Martin Ron mural, sculptural lighting and a hidden speakeasy called La Biblioteca hiding behind mirrored floors. The cocktail list runs Latin American: Un Beso Mas, Daiquirina. Chef Kevin Acosta feeds the room with kale and spinach fritters, wagyu sliders and Patagonian pink risotto. Bartenders who actually know the menu, which is rarer than it should be.
