Puerquito Asado on East 4th Avenue in Hialeah is built around exactly what the name says - roast pork, whole and stuffed, plus grilled meats, sold by the plate or by the tray for whatever you are throwing. The menu widens out from there into aperitivos, batidos, spaghetti and pizza, which is a very Hialeah kind of range. Doors open at nine in the morning and stay open until one at night, delivery included. Over a hundred reviewers have landed on four stars, and the pork is why.
