Q-BO PUES COLOMBIAN FAST FOOD – Restaurant

Q-BO Pues works out of a truck on SW 56th Street doing Colombian street food with a burger counter bolted on. Salchipapas, arepas, empanadas, chuzos and ceviche de chicharron share the board with a proper hamburguesa, and the hours run late - past midnight most nights, into the small hours on Saturdays. Closed Mondays. It is a food truck, not a dining room, and the menu is priced and built for people who found it after everything else closed.
