Que Lo Que Chimi holds a corner of NW 2nd Avenue in Miami and runs an unusual double shift - a serious espresso bar on one hand and a Dominican-Cuban kitchen on the other. Cuban coffee, fried food, rice and beans, soups, sandwiches, burgers, wings, tostones and salads all come off the same counter. Doors open at six in the morning and close at six in the evening, Tuesday through Sunday. Regulars mention the hospitality as often as the food, which is a good sign in a place this small.
