Raccoon Coffee runs three Miami rooms - Brickell, Edgewater and Wynwood - and treats each one as a neighborhood fixture rather than a chain outpost. The roasting leans toward the fruit-forward end of Colombian, Brazilian and Ethiopian beans, and the kitchen backs the cups with all-day breakfast, bakery, acai bowls and wraps rather than a sad pastry case. Seven days a week, seven in the morning to four in the afternoon. Regulars describe it the way people describe a living room, which is the whole idea.
