Rakki Sushi opened on NW 107th Avenue in Doral as a fusion sushi bistro and has since rebranded as Aiko & Mumu, keeping the same kitchen and the same Chef Richard, whose attention to detail is the thing reviewers keep returning to. The format is a bistro take on traditional Japanese work, with an omakase option and a menu built on fresh, top-grade fish. Lunch runs noon to three, dinner from half past five. Same room, new name, unchanged standards.
