RINGLING GRILLROOM – Restaurant
The Ringling Grillroom occupies the ground floor of the McKay Visitor's Pavilion at the Ringling Museum, and the windows do half the work - gardens and the lily pond on one side, indoor and outdoor seating on the other. The kitchen cooks modern American with a Gulf accent: grouper, shrimp and scallops handled with care, plus burgers, flatbreads and fish tacos that hold up on their own. It's open to the public, museum ticket or not. A museum restaurant that no one has to make excuses for.
