Rocking Crab Seafood and Bar builds its whole menu around one pot: pick your seafood, pick your seasoning, pick your heat, and it arrives in a bag swimming in sauce. Shrimp, snow crab, crawfish, mussels, clams and lobster tail get tossed in Cajun, garlic butter or lemon pepper, and the fried side of the board covers catfish, tilapia, oysters and calamari. It's a bib-and-mallet room, better with a group, and the combo platters are sized accordingly. Southern seafood boil cooking, done loudly and without ceremony.
