Rolly's Bistro rolls its ice cream to order in front of you - pick your flavors and toppings, watch it come off the cold plate in ribbons - and backs it with milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juice, pizza, breakfast and sandwiches. There are two Miami counters, one on the second floor of Bayside Marketplace and one at Dolphin Mall, both open from nine in the morning and late into the evening. Dessert that comes with a show.
