Royal Hibachi runs hibachi out of a truck on NE 35th Street in Ocala, and the plates come out the way they would from a steakhouse grill: fried rice, mixed vegetables and your choice of steak, chicken or shrimp, sauced and stacked. Hours are short - closed Sundays and Mondays, done by seven - so the line moves early. Catering and events take the grill on the road. Hibachi without the tableside theater, and none of the price.
