The Sandwich Qbano truck takes the brand's counter format and puts it on wheels: made-to-order Latin sandwiches, wraps and bowls turned out fast from a mobile window. Fillings run to ropa vieja, al pastor and grilled chicken, stacked into pressed bread and handed over hot. It works the way a good truck should - a short menu, a quick line and food that survives being eaten standing up. Find it parked and you get the same sandwich you would get indoors, minus the wait for a table.
