On HaGalil in Tiberias, Schnitzel Agvania has stretched a schnitzel shop into something closer to a grill: schnitzels in a run of flavours, including a Spanish version the counter is fond of, alongside kebab off the fire, asado, shawarma and pargiyot, all loaded into fresh pita or baguette. Kosher under the local rabbinate. Delivery, takeaway and a few seats. On Fridays the pita gives way to challah, which tells you exactly where this place sits in the week.
