Sicilian Oven built ten South Florida rooms around one piece of equipment: the wood-fired oven. It turns out the Corleone, a pizza reviewers keep measuring against New York, and the wings marinated a full day in Italian herbs before they hit the fire. Beyond the oven come golden-fried arancini, penne alla vodka in a creamy tomato sauce, and a Sicilian salad of greens, nuts and dried fruit that regulars rate as highly as anything else on the menu. Happy hour runs from late morning to seven on weekdays, with a drink promotion most nights. Casual Italian with a serious fire at the back.
