Sig's by the Beach works Perdido Key Drive with a short menu and shorter hours - Thursday to Sunday, eight until three - and it does not need more than that. The signature is the Sig Sack: two slider-sized smash burgers with caramelised onions made fresh, tangy mustard and crisp pickles, with a side of golden fries. Breakfast runs alongside it, sunrise sandwiches for people heading to the sand. Call or text the order and it is made hot to hand over.
