SIXTY VINES – Restaurant

Sixty Vines rebuilt the wine-country restaurant around a technical idea: sixty wines on tap, poured from sustainable kegs in anything from a 2.5-ounce taste to a full bottle, so the list opens up instead of committing you to one thing. The kitchen matches it - wood-fired pizzas including the fig and prosciutto and the Butcher's, handmade pastas, charcuterie boards of salumi and cheese, filet, salmon and rainbow trout off the grill. Two rooms serve Orlando, in Winter Park and at Sand Lake. Airy, green and deliberately Californian. Come to drink widely rather than deeply, and eat properly while doing it.
