Every burger is smashed thin on the flat-top for maximum crust, built on high-quality ground beef, with fried chicken plates as the other half of the menu and a kids' meal that comes with a prize. Kosher certification means no pork, no meat-and-dairy mixing, and certified ingredients throughout - a genuinely short list of places doing smash burgers this way. Not the cheapest burger in town, and the queues suggest nobody minds.
