Central Texas barbecue technique working entirely within kosher rules - a combination that barely exists anywhere. Max McGarity, who has run Smoked on High since 2017, launched this truck in July 2024 and parks it at the Congregation Torat Emet lot on East Main. Brisket, beef ribs, smoked turkey and chicken come off the pit, with bakery items from local Matt's Bakery alongside, all under Buckeye Kosher supervision. Bulk orders are a real part of the business. For Columbus's kosher eaters, it filled a gap nobody else was filling.
