Southern, Caribbean, Latin and American comfort plates come out of the same kitchen, cooked to order with better oils and no MSG, and the portions are not apologetic about it. Alongside the daily menu there is meal prep for people eating from the fridge all week, plus nutrition workshops and coaching for those who want the reasoning behind it. Diners consistently say the food tastes like the version they grew up with rather than a diet substitute. Delivery and pickup carry most of the volume.
