A prehistoric spectacle you can eat inside: animatronic dinosaurs, aquariums the size of walls, and a meteor shower that goes off on the hour and stops every conversation in the room. It sits at Disney Springs, and the kitchen plays to that crowd — the Supersaurus Sampler, Colosso beef nachos, the Bronto Burger, prehistoric ribs and shrimp, Tuscan chicken for the grown-ups, and Chocolate Extinction, a dessert built for four and rarely finished by them. There is a fossil dig to keep children busy. Families say the same thing every time: pricey, loud, absolutely worth doing once. Book early in the day.
