Tacos Wey 561 puts it bluntly: no Tex-Mex, just puro sabor Mexicano. What started as a Boca Raton food truck now also holds a storefront on Glades Road and a newer West Palm Beach spot on Okeechobee. Birria tacos and quesatacos lead, with gorditas, carnitas, carne asada and a brisket taco filling out the board. Tortillas get grilled to order and the meat is not rationed. The whole operation runs on street-food energy - order online, eat standing up, do not expect a tablecloth. Palm Beach County's answer to a proper taqueria.
