Taqueria El Camino is a food truck parked on West Washington Street in Chattahoochee, near the Family Dollar, open weekdays eleven to five. The menu is short and correct: tacos, burritos, rice, beans and Mexican street corn on the side. In a town this size, on this stretch of the Panhandle, a truck cooking real Mexican food at lunchtime is not a convenience but an event. Five days a week, five hours a day, and gone by dinner. Get there before the shift crowd does.
