A glatt kosher grill on Union Turnpike opened in 2018 by two Queens brothers who wanted a proper burger joint in their own neighborhood. Everything is fresh, never frozen: signature chili fries, hearty burgers, kebabs off the grill and sandwiches built to order. It closes Fridays and reopens well after Shabbat, which tells you exactly who it's for. Diners talk about the chili fries first and the burgers second, and about a room that works equally for a quick takeout run or an actual sit-down. Kosher, casual, and open late on Saturday nights.
