A kosher sushi room on Middle Neck Road, quiet and warm enough for a date and steady enough for a family celebration. The counter turns out spicy tuna over crispy rice, salmon sashimi, the house Tiger Roll, temaki sets and an omakase, with shishito peppers and vegetable tempura alongside and matcha tiramisu at the end. Vegetarians are genuinely well served. Party platters draw the loudest praise — generous, arranged with care, enough variety for a crowd. Prices run above the neighborhood average and diners think the fish justifies it. The sake list is worth a look.
