Counter-service Tex-Mex from the Florida chain that opened its first store in Winter Park in 1995 and has kept a hot sauce bar in every dining room since. Everything is assembled to order - Bangin Chicken bowls and burritos, chimichangas, quesadillas, Street Taco Trios - with chips and Beefy Queso as the standard opener. The rooms are bright, muralled and built for speed. The recurring theme in diner feedback is generosity: plates run large for the price, and staff keep chips and drinks topped up. Cookie dough flautas are the closer of choice.
