Right at the water's edge at Paddletail Lodge in Crystal River, this open-air tiki bar puts you within arm's reach of the bay and whatever boat is idling past. The drinks list does the heavy lifting — Kings Bay Punch, a Painkiller, the Tiki Rum Runner, Hurricanes, a Singapore Sling — but the kitchen holds its end up with mojo braised pork, a smash burger, Nashville hot fried chicken, a shrimp po' boy, fish and shrimp baskets, and key lime pie to finish. Open seven days, late morning to evening. Bring sunglasses; the view earns them.
