Toast It — House of Suduch brings the Israeli sandwich counter to Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows: kosher, pressed hot, and open absurdly late. The signature Toast It stacks salami with shoulder and turkey pastrami under pesto, garlic mayo and chili; the Achla and the Sababa work the same trick with roast beef, honey turkey and schug. Schnitzel and chicken wraps come classic or chili-crunch, and there are wings, poppers and fries if you want to make an evening of it. Build your own if none of it fits. Late-night Queens eating, done properly.
