A Thai kitchen on Ninth Street South in Naples that treats the classics as a starting point rather than a checklist. Pad Thai arrives deep-flavored and, in one version, built on short rib; the Thai crab curry with noodles is the dish people describe first. There is a tasting-style experience menu running soup through entrée, a wide vegan section, and sticky rice and fresh mango juice to finish.
