Out on West Colonial Drive at the Shoppes of Ocoee, TooJay's does a brisk trade in sandwiches that need two hands. The kitchen works from a deli menu the brand has been building since 1981: corned beef and pastrami stacked together in the TooJay's Classic, the Triple J rolled with coleslaw and Russian dressing, scratch-made matzo ball soup, crisp potato pancakes.
