TRIDENT – Restaurant

A waterfront kitchen on Mississippi Avenue in Panacea, Trident cooks the Gulf that sits outside its windows and pours cocktails to match. The menu runs to blue crab stuffed grouper, grouper cheeks, crab cake Benedict at brunch, stuffed crab balls, softshell crab handhelds, scallop-and-shrimp pasta and burrata bruschetta, with creme brulee to close. Downstairs, the Low Tide bar keeps things loose; the dining room upstairs runs a full under-the-sea theme and gets happily loud.
