TRINITY EMPANADAS AND MORE – Mexican
A family-run Colombian empanada business in the Trinity area, not a dining room but a trailer and a pop-up you have to track down. Owner Sol Petti-Willis learned the recipes from her family in Cali, Colombia, and the operation runs under the initials TEAM because she and her husband work it together. You will find them Friday evenings at Jallo Wine and Spirits and at the Trinity Farmers Market with the food trailer on the first Saturday of the month. Empanadas are the whole proposition, made the way her mother made them. Catering is available; a retail freezer line is planned.
