True Food Kitchen at St. John's Town Center seats 154 inside with another 64 on the patio, plus two private rooms for business dinners and celebrations. Diners come from Southside, the Beaches and Ponte Vedra for cooking built on Dr. Andrew Weil's anti-inflammatory pyramid: the Ancient Grain Bowl, a seasonal market salad you can add shrimp or grilled chicken to, the All-American burger, brussels sprouts to start, sourdough pizzas and bowls that rotate through the year. The kitchen is glassed in and on show. Gluten-free diners in particular praise how seriously cross-contamination is taken here. Seasonal, considered, genuinely easy to eat at.
