Fifteen floors up at the W Miami on Brickell Avenue, TULUM wraps a poolside rooftop in earthy tones, rattan seating, greenery and floor-to-ceiling glass looking out over Biscayne Bay and the skyline. Imported from a Doha original, the kitchen works an international menu with a Latin American accent - the Tulum Beast Burger stacks a bison, elk, wild boar and Wagyu blend under grilled queso fresco, demi-glazed mushrooms, arugula and tomato jam. It seats 120 indoors and out, and weekends bring Brickell Brunch Sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. A rooftop that actually earns the view.
