An International Drive noodle house built around the bowl, with a playful, heavily decorated room that people photograph before they eat. Pho comes in several directions: pho tai with rare steak, seafood pho, and a curry version that leans warm and coconutty. Around it sit summer rolls with peanut sauce, crab rangoon, Shanghai dumpling soup, Korean fire noodles and pad thai. You order at the counter before sitting, which throws some first-timers, but food lands fast and portions run big. It stays open into the small hours on weekends. Bright, quick, and deservedly busy.
