On West State Road 436 just west of I-4, this branch runs the sports-lodge playbook: TVs on every wall, 29-degree draft beer, and a kitchen that smokes its own meat. The brisket goes into chili, the Smokestack and quesabirria tacos; smoked chicken lands in green chile soup and the Hottie jalapeño popper flatbread. Wings are the calling card, cooked bone-in, boneless or low and slow over hickory, then sauced anything from lemon pepper to ghost pepper.
