The James L. Redman Parkway stand is the one Plant City kids point at from the back seat — the building is a giant ice cream cone, and it has been drawing that reaction for years. Soft serve leads: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, plus premium flavours like butter pecan, cookie dough and Butterfinger blended in. Brownie fudge and hot fudge sundaes get ordered on repeat, along with banana splits, Oreo ice cream cookies and waffle cones and bowls. There are hot dogs if someone needs dinner first. Outdoor seating, decent prices, a queue that is worth the wait.
