Family-owned and serving Palm Bay since 1982, Twisty Cone is a walk-up window with grassy picnic areas out back, the sort of place where the smile arrives before the order does. More than forty soft serve flavors are on the board, bubblegum, strawberry, peanut butter and butter pecan among them, and you can layer two to five of them onto a single cone.
