The kitchen's center of gravity is the grill: tomahawk steak with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms, mixed grill, chicken skewers and duck rolls, with branzino and a full sushi list for anyone steering away from red meat. Diners return to the same two observations, that steaks land precisely at the temperature ordered and that plates arrive looking considered. The room is dressier than the block outside suggests.
