A New American kitchen on North Dixie Highway in Wilton Manors, run by chef-owner Roberto, who tends to be somewhere in the room. The cooking is confident and seasoned with a Peruvian accent: grilled octopus, crispy pork belly tacos, fried oysters, mussels, mushroom risotto, porcini campanelle, pumpkin ravioli, zucchini and corn fritters, a grilled pork chop and chicken agridolce, finishing with apple donuts and caramel dipping sauce. Vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful rather than token, and the cocktails hold up. Diners describe genuine hospitality and a room, indoors or on the patio, that stays warm even when full.
