VERDE – Restaurant

Verde sits inside Pérez Art Museum Miami with a terrace over Biscayne Bay, which is most of the argument before you open the menu. The kitchen keeps things bright and unfussy: chicken under a brick, guava short rib bao buns, grilled fish tacos, ceviche with choclo, tuna carpaccio, the Pérez chopped salad, roasted salmon, pizzas and fresh fries, closing with buttermilk panna cotta or a lavender pavlova. Brunch brings a smoked salmon benedict. Diners rate the view and the easy, attentive service, and note the highway noise outside. Museum lunch, considerably upgraded.
