A Miami roaster-café that takes the bean seriously and says so — third-wave sourcing, ground to order, latte art on anything that will hold it. The board covers nitro cold brew, iced lattes and a chai whose spicing is properly balanced, alongside a short food list of pastries, empanadas, avocado toast and an egg sandwich. Big windows, bar seats, wifi and enough elbow room to actually get work done. Baristas will talk you through what's in the hopper and sell you a bag to take home. Coffee first; everything else exists in support of it.
