A loud, good-looking Mexican room on State Road 436 built for a night that goes somewhere. Birria tacos arrive properly filled with rice, beans and consomé for dipping; there are enchiladas, carnitas birria nachos, ceviche vuelve a la vida, a trio sampler and, less predictably, plantain-based sushi rolls including a vegetarian version. The frozen guava margarita has a following. Decor is bold, music is constant, and the room fills with birthdays and graduations most weekends.
