A modest Sand Lake Road cafe that runs two kitchens' worth of menu and manages both. From the Vietnamese side: pho, hu tieu seafood noodle soup, shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce, pork spring rolls and rice noodle bowls with grilled spare ribs. From the Thai: pad Thai, Singapore noodles, penang curry, Thai fried rice, and mango sticky rice that people order whether or not they have room. Portions are generous, prices low, and the room is easy with kids. Diners return for the consistency more than the decor. Order ahead and it moves fast.
