A small North Miami counter built around one idea: wagyu beef, cooked simply and priced to be eaten more than once a year. Expect smash burgers and steak sandwiches off the flat top with a short list of sides, ordered at the window and mostly carried out. No dining-room theater, no tasting menu - just marbled beef, a hot griddle and a line at lunch.
