A Vietnamese kitchen on Wilton Drive with roomy booths and a menu that goes deeper than the name suggests. The pho broth is the draw, poured over a generous spread of beef cuts, and the banh xeo, a crackling turmeric crepe, has its own following in South Florida. Fresh rolls, spicy beef soup, crispy bok choy and lettuce wraps round it out, with vegetarian and vegan versions of most things and fried ice cream to finish. Prices run a little above the neighbourhood norm and opinions on consistency are divided, but on a good night the broth earns it.
