WHOLE GREEN CAFE – Restaurant

An owner-run counter a block off Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, where the produce is bought daily and the sauces, soups, hummus and marinades are all made in house. The board runs to a Buddha bowl, quinoa and brown rice bowls, a falafel wrap, a fajita wrap, a chicken Caesar wrap, a Mediterranean pita, market and green salads, avocado toast, smoothies and shakes. Almost anything will be rebuilt with falafel or tofu on request. Diners keep noting how fresh and how carefully plated it all is for the price. Unassuming from the street, very good inside.
