Downtown Eustis keeps this one close: a Bay Street wine shop that doubles as a bistro, with a bar, a stage and a wall of bottles running from the everyday to the genuinely obscure. Flights arrive as three small pours, and the kitchen holds up its end — Italian bruschetta, warm brie, roasted red pepper bisque, Nancy's meat loaf, an Uncorked muffuletta on herb focaccia, a gourmet individual pizza.
