Coastal Greek and Mediterranean cooking on the water in Miami's upper east side, in a dining room built for lingering: soft light, comfortable seating, and a view that does half the work. The kitchen sends out saganaki flamed at the table, arayes, charred Spanish octopus, crispy eggplant and zucchini, loaded Greek fries, pan-seared branzino, lobster risotto and a Colorado rack of lamb. Baklava cheesecake and olive oil cake close it. Diners come for the setting and stay for the cooking, which they consistently rate above the view. Reserve on weekends.
